Our windmill does not support the (Dutch) annual museum card scheme.
Please note that our windmill is in fact an 18th century factory. No rooms are heated and tour of the entire mill involves climbing steep stairs. The windmill is therefore not accessible to anyone with a physical handicap. You can access the ground floor and the windmill’s shop, for which there is no charge (your companions will be charged at the regular rate).
PHOTO AND VIDEO
You are permitted to take photographs and video recordings. Commercial use of image and/or sound recordings is permitted only after consultation with the miller. A fee will be charged. To make an appointment please ring during normal opening times: +31 75 621 0477.
Smoking is expressly prohibited both in and around our windmill. Smoking increases the risk of fire. We thank you for your consideration.
EATING & DRINKING
Eating and drinking in the windmill is not permitted. During November–March we have traditional chocolate milk on sale. A range of chocolate is on offer in the windmill shop all year round. Weather permitting, you are free to use our outside picnic facilities. Please be so kind as to remove your litter. Waste containers are provided.
Events and parties have their own special tariffs. Please click on the ‘News’ or ‘Events’ pages of this site for up-to-date information.
